1. The Azaleos OneServer e-mail appliance, supporting both 32-bit Exchange 2003 and 64-bit Exchange 2007, is deployed in the customer's datacenter, located securely behind the customer's firewall.
2. The OneServer, available in a 2-disk or 6-disk configuration, stores e-mail on its own internal SAS drives or can leverage any IP SAN storage solution such as the Network Appliance FAS270.  Azaleos BladeMail provides an option to deploy OneServer in a blade server configuration.
3. OneServer can be deployed as Exchange 2007 mailbox server, client access, or hub transport roles.  On deployment, OneServer Exchange server node(s) join the customer's Active Directory. Automated deployment takes under 60 minutes.
4. OneServer supports Exchange 2007 Local Continuous Replication for storage-based high reliability.  OneServer and BladeMail can support either Exchange 2007 Cluster Continuous Replication or Single Copy Cluster features to deliver highly available Microsoft Exchange.
5. Migration from prior versions of Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes/Domino, and Novell GroupWise is fast and easy, benefiting from a fixed endpoint: the Azaleos OneServer supported by OneStop Managed Services.
6. OneStop ViewXchange monitoring services provide real time Exchange, Active Directory, and Storage health and hygiene information to the Azaleos Network Operations Center (NOC) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, sending monitoring data via an secured outbound HTTP connection, eliminating the cost of purchasing expensive Exchange monitoring software.  Azaleos NOC personnel troubleshoot and repair Exchange issues seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
7. OneStop ArchiveXchange, a complete solution for archiving e-mail for storage management, improves Exchange performance, reduces Exchange backup and recovery times, and eliminates much of the need for Exchange-based quota management. ArchiveXchange helps IT contain the rapid growth of e-mail by removing content from the Exchange server, indexing and storing it in searchable folders for later retrieval by users accessing mail via Outlook, Web browsers, or mobile devices. ArchiveXchange also eliminates the need for IT to purchase costly archiving tools or services and to learn new skills for archiving Exchange content.
8. OneStop SecureXchange is a remote command-and-control system that enables logged, auditable, repeatable, scripted remote command execution. SecureXchange helps Azaleos staff to troubleshoot and repair issues in the Exchange environment without requiring companies to provide a Virtual Private Network connection. SecureXchange bases its audit and change control mechanism on techniques defined by the Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and helps organizations map their business processes to a framework of best practices, facilitating the delivery of high quality IT services.
