“In the past, we wouldn't have known about any problems with e-mail delivery until the user came to us, and we would have been patching the environment ourselves. The reality is, the monitoring service Azaleos provides is far superior to anything we could have done ourselves short of putting someone on full-time just to work through the night. The fact that we don't have to think about patching Exchange just makes life better, and we know it is being done right every time. It isn't cost effective to treat Exchange as a core competency and I don't know very many companies of any size that actually can say they have 7x24 monitoring of their e-mail environment.” - Rich DeBrino, CIO, Compass Health More
