Regional Channel/Sales Representative-Eastern Region

Job Detail/Instructions:

We are looking for a Regional Channel/Sales Representative who will be responsible for leveraging both channel opportunities and direct sales opportunities. Candidates for this position should be familiar with and comfortable with a technology enterprise sales approach and effectively work independently.  We are looking for individuals that can quickly find, qualify, and close sales opportunities leveraging their channel relationships or by their direct sales efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate value and solution. Must understand organizations business needs and able to communicate Azaleos value added solutions to those needs.
  • Forge high level relationships with Channel partners and Accounts in the Central Region.
  • Identify major messaging projects within Channel partners and co-ordinate activities through pre-sales, consulting etc. to maximize solution in the project.
  • Identify and qualify long-term and short-term business opportunities within named accounts, enhancing the relationship. Ultimately, ensuring the customers know who Azaleos is and how we can provide value.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales.
  • Facilitate executive-level relationships between the customer, Azaleos and its partners.
  • Research customer needs and develop applications for the Azaleos solution.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning including, but not limited to, researching, developing & maintaining long & short range sales & marketing plans.
  • Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers. 

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 6+ years (minimum 4 years) direct work experience with enterprise software sales experience.
  • Enterprise Email solution sales experience is a plus.
  • Self motivated and independent, proactively keeping management aware of progress with a demonstrated passion to be successful.
  • Excellent written and oral communication ability including formal presentation skills to both small and large groups. 
  • Must be able to understand and articulate complex technology in a simplistic fashion.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing sales.
