Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience; at least 5 of which have been in a senior leadership/executive role.
• Deep experience with IT operations management and service delivery; at least 5 years in 24x7x365 data center operations; ASP operations experience preferred but not required.
• Relentless passion for developing processes infrastructure and staff practices that will proactively prevent service outages and address them with extreme efficiency when they arise.
• Clear leadership, communications and organization skills that demonstrate an ability to prioritize management of a complex service and to communicate priorities and status to key internal executives and external customers.
• Experience in planning and executing routine maintenance, upgrades and repairs with a premium on minimizing risk and application downtime and maximizing customer retention.
• Must have current, hands-on technology experience and a desire to roll up your sleeves when required to get the job done.
• Life cycle software product development experience desired; proven ability to support the definition of product strategy and drive the definition product features, while scoping deliverables to meet milestones and releases.
• Proven track record of applying modern software development processes and methodologies to delivering high quality, feature rich software; agile development experience preferred.
• Outstanding people leadership skills combined with an ability to envision a different future and motivate others to create that future.
• A BS degree in computer engineering, computer science or electrical engineering; MS preferred.
